I know you’ve seen these a thousand times on the internet.
Or, at least, I have! If you haven’t, I love you. If you have, please just pretend like this is your first time and tell everyone how GENIUS I am.
Yogurt drops. Tasty AND cute. The perfect combination.
Basically we’ve discovered we don’t really eat much yogurt, but I keep buying it. So I’m going to stop, obviously, but for now, I still have lots on my fridge. It was all going to expire, so I tried to think of ways to use it. My Other Half puts it in smoothies, so that helped. And then I remembered the yogurt drops I’d seen on Pinterest so many times…
These are brainless. And a delicious healthy snack.
Frozen Yogurt Drops
Ingredients
- Yogurt (any kind you like)
- ZipLock bags
- Scissors
- Baking sheet
- Parchment paper or a Silpat
Instructions
- This recipe is barely a recipe because it’s so simple! Just put whatever yogurt you want to use in a ziplock. Cut a tiny corner of the bag off and pipe the yogurt into little dots (no bigger than a dime) along a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Freeze until hard, then chip off the drops and store in a Tupperware container in the freezer… or enjoy immediately.
